Beautiful hotel with very polite staff full of smiles. The town is still recovering from the awful earthquakes, which is why we decided to visit and offer a little bit of tourism. This comes with some expected downsides that didn’t bother us, such as a power outage one night and construction noise in the morning. But this is understandable. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfast was excellent and Mr Mohammed (aka Mo Mo) was very welcoming and quickly became a friend to our four year old son. He even made a little origami bird for him, which our son still has with him four days later. This added a special touch which distinguished this stay from the numerous ones we’ve had on our long family road trip. Thank you to the Palazzo Seneca and all its staff for a wonderful stay! I urge readers to pay a visit to this wonderful little town and lend them a little support in their efforts to recover from the terrible natural disaster that they, and others in the region, faced. They deserve it!

It’s the perfect place to stay while in Norcia. The common areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated. Our suite was very comfortable. Palazzo Seneca is extremely peaceful, all staff that we encountered were delightful. Truly a five star experience.
